Short update

As many of you know, when we were first called to serve as missionaries our initial assignment was to Turkey and then after a week it was changed to Astana, Kazakhstan in the Russia Moscow West Mission (I think I would prefer the weather in Turkey but with the Astana assignment). Now it seems that for the last month of our mission we will be transferred to the Novosibirsk Russia Mission as the Church modifies mission boundaries. We will still be in Astana but think it a bit unusual to have 3 mission assignments during one mission.

We also heard it announced, during an audio conference for Humanitarian missionaries in the East Europe Area, that we are now the Humanitarian Missionaries for all of Central Asia! Wow! I think I'll ask if we can do a tour of all the countries in Central Asia so that we can 'get a feel' for our whole assignment ;)
